Room was nice, clean, provided with amenities of good quality. The staff at reception were friendly and also asked us if we would like a higher floor (which was AMAZING, the view of Madrid was really nice from our room on the 11th floor). Hotel has a nice indoor design with small art on display, on our floor there were miniature cars on display which gave a more interesting vibe. The room itself was sufficiently big, the bathroom was clean, provided plenty of towels and had an immense bathtub. The bed is comfortable, two sets of pillows are also a nice touch. We would also like to point out that the staff was very friendly, room was cleaned on a daily basis and we felt very welcome. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very professional and friendly staff. Room was VERY spacious, and it was super clean. The bathroom was huge and clean. The view from the room was amazing with a lot of clay tennis courts across the street (the highway). The walk to the metro was around 4 minutes so almost nothing. Uber was super easy to use as well because the hotel is next to the highway, so great location. The hotel looks really good from the outside, especially when the sun is down because it is super colorful with all the lights. The hotel on the inside is spacious, clean, and has a very unique modern design. There is also a gym and pool that we didn't use, so can't say anything about them.

Some people complain in their reviews that the hotel is no 5 stars-hotel - which is true, but apart from that, you would pay a lot more for a “real” 5 stars-hotel. Also some people complain about the fact that the hotel is located next to the highway and 30-40 minutes to the central city, but that you can see before booking on google maps, so I don’t understand the point. In addition if the windows are closed, it’s really very quiet!

Last but not least, the shower was just perfect - the perfect water pressure, perfect temperature, and in my case, a perfect view! :)

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the features in the rooms were also great! I must say Sergio, the night receptionist was amazing - from every interaction he was so helpful and friendly!
